now we are both McD's fans

in order to get McDonald's toys for Su, esp. those vehicle-like ones, Su's mom and i take turns to buy kid's meals there.  their toys are actually quality ones in terms of design and safety.  McDonald's toys are always with only one device/trick, running, rolling, or box to open.  no more than one.  simple and make kids focus their fun on one thing only. (however, the bad side is no other possibility to play.)

most of time they get patents for popular movies (such as Transformers), cartoons, etc., for designing their toys.  but those are far away from what we are interested.
so are now officially McDonald's fans?

our bottom lines

Su wants to do things in his way.
he likes everything about automobiles.
we teach him "The Last Time" rule in order to balance his wants and our lines.  but the rule does not work perfectly well.
we sometimes struggle and see him cry out in public.

he has been NOT in favor of eating meals for about one month.  he likes some snacks though, which we don't like much.

we need to stick to our bottom lines and let him know the world is NOT based on what he wants.
however, we hope not to hurt his good personality development.

it's been hard and Su's mom has gone through a beginning stage of depression.  she lacks of good motivation of everything daily.
